Losing with Jesus

February 5th is Super Bowl Sunday.After 20 weeks of grueling competition one team will be crowned “winners” the other team will feel like “losers”.
All the suffering and sacrifices will be worth it for the winning team. For the “losers” the sacrifices will not feel justified.  Most of us have felt like a "loser" at some point in our life. Losing is not all bad. I am so glad I lost my life and gained His life for me. Peace brothers and sisters. Pastor Knipp

Do any of you remember Earl Scheib Body Shops? They closed down in July of 2010 but their business practices remind me alot of current church ministry. We are in the restoration business, but quality must be a greater priority than quantity.  God is preparing His bride for the Marriage

Lets Have A Pool Party!

The bible speaks of a place called the pool of Bethesda.  The name Bethesda in Hebrew means "Place of Outpouring" or "House of Grace".  I believe God has called His church to be a Bethesda, a house of healing for the sick and needy.  Unfortunately many christians just see the church as a place to take a bath.  Are we polluting the water or purifying the people?  It's time for a healing to begin and joy to be restored.

Deception

I have often said, "the trouble with being deceived is that when your're deceived you don't know you're deceived because you're deceived." Sadly deception is rampart in the American Christian culture of today.God is gracious but He's not gullible. Growth Track 101 Christian Life Church Relaunch

New things are happening at Christian Life Church and we invite you to join us for this exciting new time in our history.  Today's message is the start of our 4 classes that we are offering called Growth Track. Growth Tract is a discipleship strategy based upon Colossians 1:28 and I Corinthians 1:10. We believe the church was designed to be a spiritual family that loves and serves God and loves and serves people. In order to fulfill it’s design, we are asking everyone in the CLC family to engage in the Growth Tract discipleship process. It is essential that we all come to an agreement as to our church vision and what it is to be a  Christian, a member of God’s family and a member of our local church family. The goal of Growth Tract is to help us commit ourselves to Jesus Christ and the ministry of Christian Life Church.
