At CLC we are called to fulfill the Great Commission and live the Great Commandments. We can only do that when we walk together in unity. Jesus prayed for our unification in John 17. United we stand and experience God's glory. Divided we offend, confuse and never reach our destiny. Preaching on Sunday at CLC on "United We Stand". Our future has never been brighter. God has called us to a life of submission to Him. We are to love Him with all that we are. He has also called upon us to love others as He loves everyone. God demonstrated His love on the cross. Short of dying for them, how do we love people like God does? Preaching at CLC on "Acceptable Love".

I often hear people say they have a personal relationship with God, and I wonder what is their definition of a personal relationship. In a successful relationship it is crucial to communicate upfront what the expectations are for the relationship and both parties agree to fulfilling those expectations. If God doesn't want us to be "unequally yoked" to each other, why would He accept that kind of relationship with us. Today's message from CLC on "Relational Not Religious". God is not seeking for more ceremony, He's seeking for fellowship.

The bible says "The spirit of a man will sustain him in sickness, but who can bear a broken spirit". In my years as a pastor I've seen alot of believers surrender to inactivity and spiritual slumber during and after emotional suffering - and that is just what the devil wants you to do while he steals your joy and your victory. We must learn to respond to grief as Christ did. Our message from Sunday February 12, 2017 "Drugged By Grief, Delivered By Joy". You will not want to miss this word from the Lord.

February 5th is Super Bowl Sunday.After 20 weeks of grueling competition one team will be crowned “winners” the other team will feel like “losers”.
All the suffering and sacrifices will be worth it for the winning team. For the “losers” the sacrifices will not feel justified. Most of us have felt like a "loser" at some point in our life. Losing is not all bad. I am so glad I lost my life and gained His life for me. Peace brothers and sisters. Pastor Knipp

Do any of you remember Earl Scheib Body Shops? They closed down in July of 2010 but their business practices remind me alot of current church ministry. We are in the restoration business, but quality must be a greater priority than quantity. God is preparing His bride for the Marriage
