Acceptable Love

God has called us to a life of submission to Him. We are to love Him with all that we are. He has also called upon us to love others as He loves everyone. God demonstrated His love on the cross. Short of dying for them, how do we love people like God does? Preaching at CLC on "Acceptable Love".

Relational Not Religious

I often hear people say they have a personal relationship with God, and I wonder what is their definition of a personal relationship. In a successful relationship it is crucial to communicate upfront what the expectations are for the relationship and both parties agree to fulfilling those expectations. If God doesn't want us to be "unequally yoked" to each other, why would He accept that kind of relationship with us. Today's message from CLC  on "Relational Not Religious". God is not seeking for more ceremony, He's seeking for fellowship.

Drugged By Grief, Delivered By Joy!

The bible says "The spirit of a man will sustain him in sickness, but who can bear a broken spirit". In my years as a pastor I've seen alot of believers surrender to inactivity and spiritual slumber during and after emotional suffering - and that is just what the devil wants you to do while he steals your joy and your victory. We must learn to respond to grief as Christ did. Our message from Sunday February 12, 2017 "Drugged By Grief, Delivered By Joy". You will not want to miss this word from the Lord.
